Jo Miller
was crowned Miss Lubbock 2009 in a
pageant held February 21, 2009
At the Lubbock YWCA's "The Legacy".
She also won the
Talent
competition for the pageant with her vocal
performance -
"You'll Be In My Heart". Bailey is a freshman at Texas Tech University majoring in Broadcast Journalism and a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. She is the daughter of Ronnie and Valerie Miller of Kerrville, Texas. Bailey is a graduate of Tivy High School where she was the 2008 Homecoming Queen, Varsity Cheerleader and Senior class secretary.

Bailey was awarded a variety of gifts and services including an educational scholarship, makeup and hair care consultations, a photographic portfolio, and more. She will travel to Arlington, Texas in July 2009 where she will represent Lubbock in the 2009 Miss Texas Pageant. |
