Stephani Stokes was crowned Miss Lubbock 2003 in a pageant held November 23, 2002.

When Stephani was crowned she was a 21 year old Lubbock native and a senior at Texas Tech University. She was majoring in Broadcast Journalism, co-anchor for RaiderNet News, and a member of the Tech Pom Squad. Stephani's platform, "Get Fit Texas!" reflects her personal commitment to living a healthy life style.

Stephani represented Lubbock in the Miss Texas Scholarship Pageant in Ft. Worth, Texas in July 2003. Stephani was named second runner up during the competition.

Other 2003 Miss Lubbock Pageant results:

First runner-up - Morgan Matlock, Second runner-up - Nicole Austin, Third runner - Hilee Mulligan, and Fourth runner-up - Jennifer Jordon.
 

As Miss Lubbock, Stephani was awarded a variety of gifts and services including an educational scholarship, a wardrobe, makeup and hair care consultations, nail care, tanning & weight control services, a photographic portfolio, and more. She also received an all expense paid trip to Fort Worth, Texas in July 2003 where she will represented Lubbock in the 2003 Miss Texas Pageant.
