To be eligible to compete in the 2009 Miss Lubbock's Outstanding Teen Pageant, the contestant must comply with the following Rules ü Must be at least thirteen (13) years of age on the first day of the Local competition (12/05/09) ü May not have graduated from high school before the Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2010 National Finals, except for 16 year-olds who graduated early (tentatively planned to be held in August 2010) ü May not turn eighteen (18) years of age on or before July 31, 2010 ü May be starting her senior year of high school in the Fall of 2010
All contestants must comply with the following rules within the state where she is competing:
ü Must reside in or be enrolled in, and attending classes on a full-time basis in an accredited school or home schooling program. ü Must be a resident of the state for a minimum of 6 months prior to the first day of her Local competition. ü Must have completed one full semester as a full-time student if she is competing in a state because she is a student in that state.
